Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Duda Zonta started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Chicão Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duda Zonta struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Zézinho Vergílio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falcon fc. In the 6th minute, Albertinho Pernambucano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Duda Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Zézinho Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Duda Zonta in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zézinho Vergílio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Duda Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Zézinho Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Duda Zonta got free with Zézinho Vergílio in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wellington Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvério Silveira in the 18th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Falcon fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertinho Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. Zézinho Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Rosado in the 31st minute of the match. Zézinho Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duda Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falcon fc were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Pendencia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nestor Mazza took the corner. Júlio Fernandez tried in the 35th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Zézinho Vergílio a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-0. In the 38thth minute of the game Duda Zonta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pendencia's Zézinho Vergílio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zézinho Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Zonta in the 44th minute of the match. Enrique Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46thth minute of the game Duda Zonta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pendencia's Zézinho Vergílio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Túlio da Silveira made a kick off. A collision led to Falcon fc getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Arí Brodel hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the game, Silvério Silveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wellington Pimenta. Silvério Silveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After some careless play in the Pendencia defense, Wesley Travassos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zézinho Vergílio. The Pendencia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zézinho Vergílio should have stopped the shot. Zézinho Vergílio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Duda Zonta's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Arí Brodel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zézinho Vergílio. Pendencia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pendencia's goalkeeper Zézinho Vergílio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Falcon fc's Duda Zonta got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Falcon fc's Wellington Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Falcon fc from getting a goal against them. Wellington Pimenta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Túlio da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 76th minute, Falcon fc's Marcelo de Queiroz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marcelo de Queiroz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Falcon fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marcelo de Queiroz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 75 minutes into the game, one of Falcon fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 81 minutes into the match, Pendencia's goal looked a bit too open when Duda Zonta came free, but Zézinho Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duda Zonta struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Zézinho Vergílio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falcon fc. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duda Zonta in the 89th minute of play forced Pendencia's goalkeeper Zézinho Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lenílson Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duda Zonta in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zézinho Vergílio saved Pendencia from getting behind. Falcon fc walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
