When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Genílson Monteiro sped through Carmona SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fausto Eger. When Real Invictus F.C's Genílson Monteiro in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Allan Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 25 minutes, Genílson Monteiro made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Carmona SS's Fausto Eger tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Carmona SS getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Geovanni Valle hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Real Invictus F.C's goalkeeper Gustavo Furtado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Sá. Fausto Eger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genílson Monteiro's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Jean Cavalcante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Carmona SS's zone, Víktor da Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Eger came out of the goal and Víktor da Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-3 became the score in the 44th minute when Genílson Monteiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Genílson Monteiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Fausto Eger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Genílson Monteiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fausto Eger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Genílson Monteiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Jairo Coutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Coutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marquinhos Sousa's late challenge caught a Carmona SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marquinhos Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Real Invictus F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos Sousa to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Víktor da Costa couldn't finish the play. In the 83rdth minute of the game Genílson Monteiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carmona SS's Fausto Eger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Genílson Monteiros short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Fausto Eger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Real Invictus F.C's Marquinhos Sousa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nildo Paraíba in the 87 minute of the game. Fausto Eger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genílson Monteiro's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Carmona SS's Fausto Eger got control of the ball when Genílson Monteiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Genílson Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Genílson Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Fausto Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Carmona SS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Invictus F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
