An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Renato Meirelles in the 4th minute of play forced CEI Rocha's goalkeeper Vinícius Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Loyola charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Loyola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Babilonia's Fausto Loyola got a free kick in the 9th minute. Aloísio Vaz struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Nicolas Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CEI Rocha. In the 25th minute Percival Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Renato Meirelles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vinícius Tróia having to make a save. If Aloísio Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31stth minute of the game Norberto Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Babilonia's Nicolas Mendonça was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicolas Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percival Furtado in the 39th minute of play. Fausto Loyola hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Babilonia defense, Allan de Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Mendonça. The Babilonia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Mendonça should have stopped the shot. Nicolas Mendonça didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norberto Romero went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Aloísio Vaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolas Mendonça. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aloísio Vaz ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the match, Babilonia's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Romero came free, but Nicolas Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percival Furtado in the 72nd minute of play. Nicolas Mendonça didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when CEI Rocha's Aloísio Vaz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute.
