Dé Galvão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itacamba SS. In the 4th minute, Cléber Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the game, Claudinho Meireles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Breozinho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itacamba SS the free kick. If Alfredo Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Válter Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Válter Sampaio took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chicão Salgado. Chicão Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute of the match Cléber Nascimento sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chicão Salgado skillfully saved the ball. If Alessandro Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Itacamba SS getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Glauco Abreu hit a great ball. Cléber Nascimento hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Pedro Paulo Campidelis, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 26th match minute, Breozinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléber Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute of the match Pedro Paulo Campidelis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dé Galvão showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Válter Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Chicão Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Breozinho's Válter Sampaio, in the 36th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Breozinho. In the 38th minute, Válter Sampaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Sidney Vergílio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itacamba SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Breozinho the free kick. Clemente Gerber hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The Itacamba SS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Breozinho were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Válter Sampaio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Chicão Salgado made a huge save. Válter Sampaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moisés Romero hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Chicão Salgado made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Válter Sampaio sent off a good shot on target. Cauã Faustino charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cauã Faustino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Itacamba SS booed when Breozinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauã Faustino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Glauco Abreu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dé Galvão having to make a save. If Alessandro Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Clemente Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the game, Alessandro Breckenfeld recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chicão Salgado. Alessandro Breckenfeld showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 93rd minute Glauco Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dé Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glauco Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Dé Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
