Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Artur Moreira made the kick off which started today's match. Kaká Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles de Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurício Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaká Fontes came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Lamina SS's Ronaldinho de Lara. But to his dismay, Ronaldinho de Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Maurício Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walmir da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Moreira in the 12th minute of the match. Kaká Fontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldinho de Lara in the 16th minute. Maurício Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaká Fontes having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Ronaldinho de Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Osvaldo Prestes made a precise shot to the right of Walmir da Cunha. Lamina SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Osvaldo Prestes hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Prestes in the 38th minute of play forced Lamina SS's goalkeeper Walmir da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charles de Sena during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Maurício Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lamina SS's Maurício Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Setembrinha were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maurício Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilton Lago during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Setembrinha's Wilton Lago got a free kick in the 54th minute. Lamina SS's Ronaldinho de Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walmir da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Osvaldo Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Prestes in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walmir da Cunha, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 73rd minute, Charles de Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Prestes in the 77th minute of play forced Lamina SS's goalkeeper Walmir da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Charles de Sena was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. The supporters of Setembrinha booed when Lamina SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles de Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walmir da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Maurício Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurício Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Lamina SS got a freekick which was hit by Maurício Lima. Osvaldo Prestes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Walmir da Cunha firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Artur Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Setembrinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walmir da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kaká Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho de Lara in the 91st minute of play. Wilton Lago was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 93 played minutes Setembrinha got a freekick which was hit by Wilton Lago. After a rather tough play, Setembrinha's Artur Moreira got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle went the supporters of Setembrinha were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Lamina SS side.
