In the 4th minute, Bruninho Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Anêmicos Futebol Clube defense, Bruninho Leme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonçalo Alagoano. The Anêmicos Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonçalo Alagoano should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho de Lara in the 10th minute of play forced Anêmicos Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gonçalo Alagoano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Guedes in the 11th minute of play forced Lamina SS's goalkeeper Walmir da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Lamina SS's goalkeeper Walmir da Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geovânio Montenegro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Guedes in the 16th minute of play forced Lamina SS's goalkeeper Walmir da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Bruninho Leme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonçalo Alagoano. Anêmicos Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruninho Leme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Geovânio Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Walmir da Cunha firmly grabbed it by the left post. Vinícius Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lamina SS's Ramón Arce couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Anêmicos Futebol Clube. When Vinícius Guedes came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Anêmicos Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinícius Guedes couldn't finish the play. If Geovânio Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Anêmicos Futebol Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lamina SS were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maurício Lima was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Geovânio Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonçalo Alagoano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurício Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovânio Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmir da Cunha having to interfere. When Ronaldinho de Lara came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Lamina SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho de Lara couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Anêmicos Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gonçalo Alagoano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldinho de Lara. Maurício Lima received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gonçalo Alagoano came out and tried to block the shot, but Maurício Lima slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 72nd minute. If Geovânio Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anêmicos Futebol Clube's Geovânio Montenegro in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lamina SS's goalie prevented a goal. Gonçalo Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Lima in the 90th minute of play forced Anêmicos Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gonçalo Alagoano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurício Lima struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Gonçalo Alagoano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lamina SS. Bruninho Leme's late challenge caught a Anêmicos Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruninho Leme helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Anêmicos Futebol Clube booed when Lamina SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruninho Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball.
