Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Torquato's goalkeeper Álvaro Quaresma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonsinho Coutinho. Álvaro Quaresma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clóvis Saldanha's late challenge caught a Torquato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clóvis Saldanha helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Baixo SC's Clóvis Saldanha got a free kick in the 14th minute. Bruninho Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonsinho Coutinho in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Álvaro Quaresma saved Torquato from getting behind. If Afonsinho Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexsandro de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Álvaro Quaresma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Baixo SC got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro de Castro. In the 32nd minute, Bruninho Reis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hernani Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Baixo SC's Clóvis Saldanha got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Bruninho Reis came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Torquato fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruninho Reis couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute Mauro Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Quaresma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Álvaro Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Gerber in the 40th minute of play. Álvaro Quaresma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torquato's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Mauro Gerber scored to the left of an out of position Álvaro Quaresma, making the score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauro Gerber to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Baixo SC's goalkeeper Jarbas Meira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Moura. Torquato's Hugo Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd match minute, Baixo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexsandro de Castro to maneuver through the defense. Jarbas Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruninho Reis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Álvaro Quaresma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 70 minutes, Mauro Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baixo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Gerber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hugo Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Baixo SC's zone, Bruninho Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarbas Meira came out of the goal and Bruninho Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruninho Reis might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jarbas Meira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruninho Reis ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Baixo SC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Benjamin de Souza hit a great ball. Nelson Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82ndth minute of the game Mauro Gerber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torquato's Álvaro Quaresma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clóvis Saldanha hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Baixo SC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bruninho Reis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hugo Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarbas Meira having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Afonsinho Coutinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the game, Júlio Guimarães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torquato's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baixo SC the free kick. 96 minutes into the game, one of Torquato:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Baixo SC. Ademar Abraão stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Álvaro Quaresma. 2-1. Baixo SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Torquato for a fine match.
