Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Leandro Mendonça made the kick off which started today's match. Corityba's Luiz Eduardo Mesquita got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Reynaldo Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. João Paulo Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luiz Eduardo Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Leandro Mendonça's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Paulo Neves was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Reynaldo Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Neves having to interfere. A collision led to Corityba getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Aleandro Cruz hit a great ball. Luiz Eduardo Mesquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. José Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Eduardo Mesquita in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Prestes saved Curralinha EC from getting behind. Corityba's Aleandro Cruz pulled a muscle in his leg after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Curralinha EC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Eurico Miranda hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Curralinha EC's Luizinho dos Santos got a free kick in the 40th minute. Percival Mazza was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luiz Eduardo Mesquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cauan Rezende stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hortêncio Pena struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. José Prestes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corityba. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corityba's goalkeeper João Paulo Neves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 58 minutes, Reynaldo Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curralinha EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Reynaldo Correia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curralinha EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 66 minutes, Cido Soeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corityba and the Curralinha EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th match minute, Corityba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. Corityba's João Paulo Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Mendonça in the 73rd minute of play. João Paulo Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Corityba's zone, Leandro Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Neves came out of the goal and Leandro Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Leandro Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Cauan Rezende notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Curralinha EC's José Prestes. José Prestes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cauan Rezende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Prestes having to interfere. João Paulo Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Paulo Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Corityba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hortêncio Pena to maneuver through the defense. João Paulo Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Mendonça in the 93rd minute of play. Leandro Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Neves having to interfere.
