Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kauan Mendonça started the match with the kick off. With his leg Márcio Barral managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when WinchesterBr's João Augusto Romero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. João Francisco Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kauan Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Barral having to interfere. João Francisco Travassos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeferson da Rocha's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, Caranaiba SC's Elói da Fonseca got a free kick in the 25th minute. Caranaiba SC's Márcio Barral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Caranaiba SC from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute, Tarcisio Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to WinchesterBr getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Kauan Mendonça hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Jeferson da Rocha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Francisco Travassos. WinchesterBr's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeferson da Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 36th minute Kauan Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Evandro Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Mendonça in the 37th minute of play forced Caranaiba SC's goalkeeper Márcio Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, João Augusto Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The WinchesterBr fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience was convinced that Kauan Mendonça's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márcio Barral was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Paiva to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Caranaiba SC got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson da Rocha. Caranaiba SC's Márcio Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Romero in the 55th minute of play. If Kauan Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Paulo José Penha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When WinchesterBr's Kauan Mendonça in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caranaiba SC's goalie prevented a goal. Vicente Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeferson da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Francisco Travassos having to interfere. Jeferson da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute Vicente Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Francisco Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Márcio Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauan Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75thth minute of the game João Augusto Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caranaiba SC's Márcio Barral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of WinchesterBr booed when Caranaiba SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José Penha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kauan Mendonça struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Márcio Barral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WinchesterBr. João Augusto Romero took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Márcio Barral. Márcio Barral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Augusto Romero in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Márcio Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute, Elói da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Kauan Mendonça made a precise shot to the right of Márcio Barral. Caranaiba SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. If João Augusto Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 played minutes Caranaiba SC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo José Penha. For all the effort they put into the match, the Caranaiba SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for WinchesterBr.
