In the 8th minute, Mandacaru's Roger Soeiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Yan de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yan de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 19 minutes into the game, one of Cavalo Crioulo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Reynaldo Urbano, was totally fooled by Mandacaru's Délio Esteves, who 21 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Leonel Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Urbano made a huge save. Roger Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Mandacaru's Roger Soeiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reynaldo Urbano. That made the score 4-0 after 31 minutes of play. In the 35th minute, one of Cavalo Crioulo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cavalo Crioulo FC. The goalkeeper, Reynaldo Urbano, was totally fooled by Mandacaru's Délio Esteves, who 37 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gildo Mazza charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gildo Mazza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cavalo Crioulo FC's Gildo Mazza got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Carlos Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 52nd minute, Jorge Linares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mandacaru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 57 minutes into the match, Cavalo Crioulo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Linares came free, but Reynaldo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laércio Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Xaviers short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Raimundo Pinho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Raimundo Pinho managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Cavalo Crioulo FC's Laércio Britto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roger Soeiro scored 7-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reynaldo Urbano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlos Xavier in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raimundo Pinho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Glauco Mesquita's late challenge caught a Mandacaru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Glauco Mesquita helped the player get up and apologised. 73 minutes into the game, one of Cavalo Crioulo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Mandacaru. Délio Esteves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Reynaldo Urbano. 8-0. Laércio Britto struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Raimundo Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cavalo Crioulo FC. Eriberto Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Pinho having to interfere. Reynaldo Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiaguinho Valle in the 83rd minute of the match. Roger Soeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
