Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Laércio Britto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Itas getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Joaquim Maranhense hit a great ball. After 3 played minutes, Cavalo Crioulo FC's Thomás de Lara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roger Fonseca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cavalo Crioulo FC reached it. Reynaldo Urbano was a little too slow when Maurício Simões got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. Roger Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Medeiros in the 10th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yuri Madureira during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Itas's zone, Laércio Britto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Fonseca came out of the goal and Laércio Britto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurício Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Reynaldo Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laércio Britto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Fonseca having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Robinho Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavalo Crioulo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Robinho Medeiros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Itas's zone, Laércio Britto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Fonseca came out of the goal and Laércio Britto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Robinho Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Robinho Medeiros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 34 minutes of play, Itas's Murillo Mattos made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Urbano was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Cavalo Crioulo FC's Laércio Britto in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itas's goalie prevented a goal. Robinho Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laércio Britto in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Fonseca saved Itas from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

A collision led to Itas getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Murillo Mattos hit a great ball. Roger Fonseca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laércio Britto in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laércio Britto got free with Roger Fonseca in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Reynaldo Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 69th minute, Dráuzio Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Cavalo Crioulo FC's Robinho Medeiros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Roger Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Medeiros in the 73rd minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 74th minute, but Roger Fonseca got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Itas hanging dry this time. Cavalo Crioulo FC's Reynaldo Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleandro Toscano in the 75th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Laércio Britto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 89th minute, Cavalo Crioulo FC's Robinho Medeiros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. 94 minutes into the match, Laércio Britto notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Itas's Roger Fonseca. Roger Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
