Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ezequiel Lira made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramón Chaves during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes CORINTHIANS got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Chaves. A collision led to Maurity SS getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Norberto Couto hit a great ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Ramón Chaves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CORINTHIANS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramón Chaves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Maurity SS getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Luís Gustavo Paiva hit a great ball. Jânio Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Sebastião Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Lira took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastião Faria. Sebastião Faria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Angelo Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the CORINTHIANS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Garcia couldn't finish the play. Donatello Mumbach kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 22nd play minutes Angelo Garcia shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Wágner Porto and just under the crossbar into goal. CORINTHIANS's Sebastião Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Pombal in the 28th minute of play. Sebastião Faria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Lira in the 29th minute of the match. When Maurity SS's Ezequiel Lira in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CORINTHIANS's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Maurity SS's Donatello Mumbach got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ramón Chaves might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wágner Porto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramón Chaves ran back to his position shaking his head. Maurity SS's Wágner Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Maurity SS from getting a goal against them. Angelo Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Garcia was the one to do the kick off. Ramón Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belchior da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wágner Porto having to interfere. Jânio Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastião Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Lira, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Angelo Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wágner Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Garcia in the 69th minute of play. Telmo Vieira struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Wágner Porto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CORINTHIANS. Donatello Mumbach kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Garcia in the 75th minute of play forced Maurity SS's goalkeeper Wágner Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wágner Porto having to interfere. Ramón Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Wágner Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Garcia in the 81st minute of play forced Maurity SS's goalkeeper Wágner Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Angelo Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Wágner Porto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the match, Angelo Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wágner Porto. Maurity SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Belchior da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Wágner Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, CORINTHIANS's Ramón Chaves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wágner Porto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CORINTHIANS fully deserved thier win.
