Filipe Figueiredo came out of the goal and Alisson Oblak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Cássio Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hoogina's Túlio Vale got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Paulo José Alagoano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capinzal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hoogina the free kick. Luan Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luan Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Washington Ramos in the 16th minute of the match. Geraldo Rocha took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luan Perez. Luan Perez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luan Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Rocha in the 20th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alisson Oblak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filipe Figueiredo was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 25th minute, Hoogina's Alisson Oblak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filipe Figueiredo. Washington Ramos scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luan Perez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hoogina's Waldemar Cavalcante got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alisson Oblak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alisson Oblak to strike the kick off in the second half. Alisson Oblak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hoogina's Alisson Oblak in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Capinzal's goalie prevented a goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 76 minutes into the game, when Hilario Aztore put in a rough tackle. Hoogina:s Luan Perez showed great skill when he stopped Elder Melo:s penalty. Cássio Viana struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Filipe Figueiredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoogina. Gabriel Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Figueiredo having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Waldemar Cavalcante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Filipe Figueiredo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filipe Figueiredo came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Hoogina's Pedrinho Severo. But to his dismay, Pedrinho Severo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Filipe Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Cavalcante in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Hoogina players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
