Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Durvalino Vidal made the kick off which started today's match. Pedro Luiz Meirelles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cantareia's Daniel Toledo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 17th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Matheus Silveira but with some difficulty. The supporters of Cantareia booed when Patinhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Luiz Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Custódio Barreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Custódio Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardinho de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Ricardinho de Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Pedro Luiz Meirelles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Custódio Barreto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 39th minute, Gilberto Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes Cantareia got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Severo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Luiz Meirelles in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Custódio Barreto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Luiz Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ricardinho de Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Custódio Barreto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. The Cantareia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Patinhos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
