Vítor de Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Anselmo Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th match minute, Macanare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Luiz de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Cunha came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Titia's Anselmo Araújo. But to his dismay, Anselmo Araújo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Anselmo Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Samuel Cunha made a huge save. If Anselmo Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Vides in the 21st minute of play forced Macanare's goalkeeper Samuel Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Macanare's goalkeeper Samuel Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Araújo. Anselmo Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Cunha having to interfere. Samuel Cunha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Otávio Vides showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. With his leg Samuel Cunha managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Titia's Anselmo Araújo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Macanare's Ismael Massa got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Samuel Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otávio Vides in the 36th minute of play. Vítor de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Percival Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Otávio Vides was the one to do the kick off. Davi Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Percival Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Pontes in the 60th minute of play forced Titia's goalkeeper Percival Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Teodoro Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tarcisio Quadros struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Percival Melo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macanare. In the 68th minute Otávio Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tarcisio Quadros hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Samuel Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anselmo Araújo's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Teodoro Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Titia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucas Gaspar in the 90th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Bruno Cabral heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Otávio Vides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Cunha having to interfere.
