Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walmir de Carvalho in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedê Camargo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Douglas Valadares hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute of the match Claudinho Trancoso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dedê Camargo skillfully saved the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Walmir de Carvalho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Yauacana's Dedê Camargo. Dedê Camargo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Eduardo Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Yauacana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Yauacana fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Yauacana's Dário Santos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Dário Santos made the kick off in the second half. When Benjamim Vieira was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Yauacana's Diego Almeida got a free kick in the 55th minute. 59 minutes in the game, Walmir de Carvalho fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dedê Camargo having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
