Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fausto Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nelson Moraes having to make a save. Cícero de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Nelson Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Montenegro hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, Alexsandro Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Brilhantina booed when Pato City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olívio Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Brilhantina's goalkeeper Nelson Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cícero de Andrade. In the 18th minute, Carlos Paranaense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brilhantina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Olívio Meireles hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Nelson Moraes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Pato City's Cícero de Andrade shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Cícero de Andrade in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nelson Moraes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Olívio Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Nelson Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olívio Meireles might have been able to make a better finish in the 49th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Moraes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olívio Meireles ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luisão Dias was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Brilhantina's Pedro Paulo de Azevedo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Pato City's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Dias came free, but Luís Paulo Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brilhantina were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Pato City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alexsandro Meira took the corner. After taking down the ball on Brilhantina's corner Alexsandro Meira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luís Paulo Paraense quite easily take care of the ball. Cícero de Andrade took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelson Moraes. Nelson Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 67 minutes into the match, Brilhantina's goal looked a bit too open when Cícero de Andrade came free, but Nelson Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pato City's Cícero de Andrade in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brilhantina's goalie prevented a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Paulo Renato Costa notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Pato City's Luís Paulo Paraense. Luís Paulo Paraense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 73rd match minute, Brilhantina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Renato Costa to maneuver through the defense. Cícero de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Brilhantina got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Paranaense. Brilhantina's Paulo Renato Costa came free and shot a quick shot against goal 88 minutes in the game, fortunately Luís Paulo Paraense had problems saving as it came toward the left post. If Luisão Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cícero de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Pato City players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
