Estrada SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Romário Saraiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrada SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jacinto EC the free kick. After 7 played minutes Estrada SS got a freekick which was hit by Romário Saraiva. Jacinto EC's Rui Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni dos Santos in the 11th minute of play. Alfredão de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Fabiano Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Dênis Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jacinto EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dênis Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Estrada SS's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredão de Azevedo came free, but Fabiano Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Nóbrega in the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alfredão de Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabiano Mangueira was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Alfredão de Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Mangueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredão de Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Alfredão de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 minutes of play, Jacinto EC's Alfredão de Azevedo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabiano Mangueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inácio Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st match minute, Jacinto EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvinho Maia to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredão de Azevedo in the 45th minute of play forced Estrada SS's goalkeeper Fabiano Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dênis Guedes took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabiano Mangueira. Fabiano Mangueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After the first half Jacinto EC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dênis Guedes made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Alfredão de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jacinto EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredão de Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvinho Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredão de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Fabiano Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Jacinto EC's Dênis Guedes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabiano Mangueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 73 minutes, Gustavo Nóbrega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jacinto EC and the Estrada SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Jacinto EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. Estrada SS's Fabiano Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Guedes in the 75th minute of play. If Alfredão de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 79 minutes into the match, Inácio Meira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rui Senna. Jacinto EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inácio Meira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. When Alfredão de Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Jacinto EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredão de Azevedo couldn't finish the play. Dênis Guedes succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. In the 90th minute of the match Kauan Dantas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabiano Mangueira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Inácio Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Senna having to interfere. Estrada SS's Inácio Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Estrada SS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jacinto EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Jacinto EC.
