Mapada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseu Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valdemar Brito showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 81st minute of the match, Adriano Aguiar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gino Linhares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Adriano Aguiar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Linhares having to make a save. With a little luck, Mapada's Gino Linhares got control of the ball when Dé Pontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilian Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Adriano Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gino Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
