The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Luisão Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tapiracanga EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisão Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias de Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Luisão Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zacarias de Toledo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. If Luisão Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tapiracanga EC's Luisão Pereira in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 66 played minutes Macuim FC got a freekick which was hit by João Augusto Simão. In the 69th minute, Aílton Aguiar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dênis Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. If Luisão Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dênis Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aílton Aguiar in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tapiracanga EC's Fiori Faria got a free kick in the 84th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Aílton Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macuim FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aílton Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dênis Alagoano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 88 minutes into the match, Macuim FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Pereira came free, but Zacarias de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fiori Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
