Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Osmar Duarte took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Váldson Carvalho got free in front of the goal in the 4th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Zé Paulo Faustino was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Váldson Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Zé Paulo Faustino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmílson de Castro hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson Carvalho in the 13th minute of play forced Sagrado's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Faustino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Paulo Faustino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Váldson Carvalho in the 14th minute of the match. When Nipoa's Raimundo Gaúcho in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sagrado's goalie prevented a goal. Raimundo Gaúcho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Paulo Faustino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Osmar Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sagrado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osmar Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Nipoa's goalkeeper Gabriel Zonta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caco Meira. In the 27th minute, Jefferson de Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Nipoa's goal looked a bit too open when Osmar Duarte came free, but Gabriel Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Zonta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caco Meira went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Osmar Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gabriel Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sagrado's Jacinto Moura in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nipoa's goalie prevented a goal. Gabriel Zonta made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Caco Meira sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute, Kauã Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sagrado's Edmílson de Castro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nipoa. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Váldson Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Caco Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caco Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Váldson Carvalho sped through Sagrado's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zé Paulo Faustino. After a defensive mix-up in Nipoa's zone, Caco Meira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Zonta came out of the goal and Caco Meira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Zonta charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Zonta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. David Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Gaúcho got free with Zé Paulo Faustino in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Caco Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernani Mazza charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernani Mazza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, one of Sagrado:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sagrado. Zé Paulo Faustino had in the 80thth minute some difficulties stopping Lucas Linares's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 83 minutes, Jefferson de Almeida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sagrado and the Nipoa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nipoa booed when Sagrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jefferson de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Sagrado's goal looked a bit too open when Váldson Carvalho came free, but Zé Paulo Faustino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sagrado's zone, Raimundo Gaúcho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Paulo Faustino came out of the goal and Raimundo Gaúcho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Sagrado's Zé Paulo Faustino got control of the ball when Raimundo Gaúcho tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Váldson Carvalho in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Paulo Faustino saved Sagrado from getting behind. Raimundo Gaúcho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Zé Paulo Faustino made a huge save. Jefferson de Almeida was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 94 played minutes Sagrado got a freekick which was hit by Jefferson de Almeida. 95 minutes into the match, Sagrado's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Faustino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raimundo Gaúcho. Váldson Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
