Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Elias Saldanha made the kick off and thus started the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Fernandes in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hortêncio Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th minute, Marcos Fernandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Realengo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 10 minutes of play, Sergio SC's Elias Saldanha made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan da Mata was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulinho Lago hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Patrício Guedes came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Sergio SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrício Guedes couldn't finish the play. Marcos Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hortêncio Magalhães having to interfere. If Elias Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrício Tavares hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Elias Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Reis's late challenge caught a Sergio SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Reis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Realengo getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Adolfo Reis hit a great ball. Elias Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan da Mata made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Carlinhos Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. Amauri Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Juan da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Saldanha in the 43rd minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Fernandes to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Saldanha in the 55th minute of play forced Realengo's goalkeeper Juan da Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Afonsinho Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marcos Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Realengo defense, Elias Saldanha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan da Mata. The Realengo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan da Mata should have stopped the shot. Realengo's Cláudio Soares pulled a muscle in his back after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 68 minutes, Natã Torres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sergio SC and the Realengo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sergio SC's Natã Torres got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Patrício Guedes fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sergio SC's protests and gave Patrício Guedes a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes Sergio SC got a freekick which was hit by Patrício Guedes. After having played for 74 minutes, José Augusto Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Realengo's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Augusto Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlinhos Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Sergio SC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Sergio SC's Elias Saldanha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by José Augusto Bezerra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 86th minute, Patrício Guedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Natã Torres notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Realengo's Juan da Mata. Juan da Mata was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
