Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cláudio Abreu started the match with the kick off. Fellipe Araújo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ricardo Furtado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Os Fura Olho F.C. from getting a goal against them. Fellipe Araújo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elder Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruy Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fellipe Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fellipe Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Corrêa in the 18th minute of play. Tacuru's Fellipe Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cláudio Abreu in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Tacuru booed when Os Fura Olho F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Ruy Nóbrega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacuru's Fellipe Araújo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Michel Cardoso's late challenge caught a Tacuru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michel Cardoso helped the player get up and apologised. Fellipe Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Queirós in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Michel Cardoso got a free kick in the 30th minute. Cláudio Abreu struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Fellipe Araújo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Os Fura Olho F.C.. After some careless play in the Tacuru defense, Clemente Queirós kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fellipe Araújo. The Tacuru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fellipe Araújo should have stopped the shot. After the first half Os Fura Olho F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lucas Sena made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Matorin in the 52nd minute of play forced Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goalkeeper Ricardo Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Sena hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Ruy Nóbrega who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Fellipe Araújo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ricardo Furtado came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Tacuru's Lucas Sena. But to his dismay, Lucas Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Cláudio Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fellipe Araújo was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Tacuru's Fellipe Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cláudio Abreu in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tacuru's zone, Elder Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fellipe Araújo came out of the goal and Elder Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Tacuru's goalkeeper Fellipe Araújo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruy Nóbrega. Fellipe Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elder Pires, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Clemente Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fellipe Araújo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruy Nóbrega in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute Cláudio Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruy Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fellipe Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cláudio Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Os Fura Olho F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio Abreu couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Os Fura Olho F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tacuru throughout the match.
