In the 7th match minute, Pingador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luiz Madureira to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes in the game, Moisés Furtado fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Severino do Vale having to interfere. Logradoura's Severino do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Logradoura from getting a goal against them. Logradoura's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Frederico Hermes scored to the left of an out of position Severino do Vale, making the score, 1-0. Frederico Hermes struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Severino do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pingador. In the 33rd minute Moisés Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Romero struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Elói Prestes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Logradoura. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo dos Santos in the 44th minute of play forced Pingador's goalkeeper Elói Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute Haroldo Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elói Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moisés Furtado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Pingador's zone, Haroldo Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elói Prestes came out of the goal and Haroldo Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Logradoura's Haroldo Romero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elói Prestes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Pingador's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Léo dos Santos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Léo dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Elói Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd play minute Haroldo Romero came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elói Prestes. 1-1. In the 85thth minute of the game Léo dos Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pingador's Elói Prestes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Pingador getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Pedro Luiz Madureira hit a great ball. If Haroldo Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Logradoura's Severino do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Hermes in the 96th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Logradoura players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
