Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Alemoa SC's Eriberto Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rimvydas Armalas in the 4th minute of play. Luizinho Schmidt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dagoberto de Mendonça went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Eriberto Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rimvydas Armalas, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 30 minutes Alemoa SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cláudio Lucas who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Paulo Miranda managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd rose to their feet as Clube do Remo's Rimvydas Armalas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eriberto Campidelis. That made the score 1-1 after 30 minutes of play. With his leg Eriberto Campidelis managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Clube do Remo's Dorian Carioca fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Clube do Remo's Rimvydas Armalas got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Alemoa SC's zone, Rimvydas Armalas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Campidelis came out of the goal and Rimvydas Armalas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dorian Carioca made a kick off. Rimvydas Armalas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Campidelis having to make a save. Evandro Meireles's late challenge caught a Clube do Remo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evandro Meireles helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Clube do Remo booed when Alemoa SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evandro Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rimvydas Armalas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Eriberto Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Rimvydas Armalas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube do Remo's supporters rose to their feet, but Rimvydas Armalas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Campidelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Clube do Remo getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Aníbal Pernambucano hit a great ball. Dagoberto de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Luizinho Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cláudio Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Clube do Remo's Luizinho Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durval Araújo in the 74th minute of play. Eriberto Campidelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rimvydas Armalas in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Alemoa SC's goal looked a bit too open when Rimvydas Armalas came free, but Eriberto Campidelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Alemoa SC defense, Paulo Miranda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Campidelis. The Alemoa SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Campidelis should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Alemoa SC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Dagoberto de Mendonça hit a great ball. Dorian Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Campidelis having to interfere. Clube do Remo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
