In the 8thth minute of the game Sandro Negri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Minuim's Zézinho Silveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Sandro Negri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Zézinho Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Paulo Ribeiro in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zézinho Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minuim's goalkeeper Zézinho Silveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sandro Negri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Silveira having to interfere. Zézinho Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sandro Negri's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Sandro Negri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Botinho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandro Negri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Paulo Ribeiro in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zézinho Silveira saved Minuim from getting behind. A wasted opportunity for Botinho FC. 64 minutes into the game, Sandro Negri lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Zézinho Silveira. Botinho FC's Sandro Negri got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zézinho Silveira stood somewhat misplaced when João Paulo Ribeiro came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 90 minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandro Negri in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zézinho Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Botinho FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Cássio Diniz hit a great ball. When the match was over Botinho FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Minuim throughout the match.
