The wind increased when Luciano Catarinense made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Tocandira SS's zone, Geraldo da Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wágner Cordeiro came out of the goal and Geraldo da Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Luís Jacinto came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Laluce Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Jacinto couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes in the game, Luís Jacinto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Wágner Cordeiro having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Laluce Esporte Clube's Geraldo da Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wágner Cordeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Claudinei da Fonseca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wágner Cordeiro. That made the score 0-6 in the 63 minute of play. Cauã Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Luís Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Laluce Esporte Clube's Luís Jacinto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wágner Cordeiro. That made the score 0-7 after 82 minutes of play. 87 minutes in the game, Luís Jacinto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Wágner Cordeiro having to interfere. Caco Motta's late challenge caught a Laluce Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caco Motta helped the player get up and apologised. The Tocandira SS fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Tocandira SS's Samuel Hames looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Laluce Esporte Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
