Alfredão Moreira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, Zeca AD's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Albuquerque came free, but Alfredão Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Londrina's Carlos Albuquerque got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Zeca AD getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Kauan Fernandes hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Zeca AD's Flavinho Guerra got a free kick in the 16th minute. Alfredão Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Mendes in the 20th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simão de Senna during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Londrina booed when Zeca AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredão Moreira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Paiva's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Alan Prata charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Prata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Zeca AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Prata to maneuver through the defense. Alfredão Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Zeca AD's Alfredão Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo Mendes in the 39th minute of play. After the first half Londrina were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Jaime Paiva made the kick off in the second half. Cássio Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th match minute, Zeca AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavinho Guerra to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Zeca AD's Alfredão Moreira got control of the ball when Jaime Paiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emerson Porto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Alfredão Moreira made a huge save. A hard shot 60 in the game by Jaime Paiva from a close distance when the talented Alfredão Moreira managed to make a qualified save. Zeca AD's players were relieved. Jaime Paiva scored 0-4 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlos Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Moreira having to interfere. Gonçalo Guerras short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Alfredão Moreira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gonçalo Guerra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 100thth minute tested the skills of Alfredão Moreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
