The audience was convinced that Zeca Esteves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Froilan Cresconio was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Zeca Esteves put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Froilan Cresconio. In the 15th minute, Claudinho Teles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Zeca Esteves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pangarés FC's Froilan Cresconio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Froilan Cresconio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeca Esteves's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Pangarés FC's Guto Machado got a free kick in the 21st minute. Zeca Esteves might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Froilan Cresconio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeca Esteves ran back to his position shaking his head. Pangarés FC's Froilan Cresconio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca Esteves in the 22nd minute of play. Luís Fábio Sanches hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Zeca Esteves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Froilan Cresconio was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Froilan Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eulalio Tolino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zeca Esteves in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Froilan Cresconio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Froilan Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Morabem EC's Zeca Esteves was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 60th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Pangarés FC's Froilan Cresconio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Pangarés FC from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Pangarés FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Gomes came free, but Froilan Cresconio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 72 minutes, Anfilogino Serra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morabem EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfilogino Serra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Froilan Cresconio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Cordera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Christian Gomes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morabem EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Morabem EC's Florentino Ospin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Prestes in the 82nd minute of play. Pangarés FC's Froilan Cresconio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Pangarés FC from getting a goal against them. Morabem EC's Zeca Esteves was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 88th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Zeca Esteves had several of the Pangarés FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Froilan Cresconio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeca Esteves in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Cresconio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Froilan Cresconio made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Anfilogino Serra sent off a good shot on target. Zeca Esteves's late challenge caught a Pangarés FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeca Esteves helped the player get up and apologised. When the final whistle sounded Morabem EC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pangarés FC.
