S.E YAGOSHOW's José Paulo Cunha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save S.E YAGOSHOW from getting a goal against them. José Paulo Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Maciel in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Internazionale's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Reis came free, but Anselmo das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute S.E YAGOSHOW were awarded a corner. Pedro Luís Paes went to the cornerflag to take it. S.E YAGOSHOW's José Paulo Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Ferreira in the 9th minute of play. S.E YAGOSHOW's Chiquinho Mesquita got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Mesquita in the 16th minute of play forced Internazionale's goalkeeper Anselmo das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match S.E YAGOSHOW got a corner. Internazionale's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pedro Luís Paes ran over to the corner to take the kick. 22 minutes into the match, Internazionale's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Mesquita came free, but Anselmo das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Veiga in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Olavo Abraão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E YAGOSHOW's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Internazionale the free kick. A collision led to S.E YAGOSHOW getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Olavo Abraão hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, S.E YAGOSHOW's goalkeeper José Paulo Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquín Ibañez. In the 27th minute Chiquinho Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, S.E YAGOSHOW's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Pereira came free, but José Paulo Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elivélton Trigo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Ferreira lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated José Paulo Cunha. Adalberto Silveira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 70 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, one of Internazionale:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Internazionale. Pedro Luís Paes shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. José Paulo Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Joaquín Ibañez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Paulo Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Ferreira in the 80th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Internazionale's goalkeeper Anselmo das Neves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chiquinho Mesquita. In the 86th minute, Joaquín Ibañez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 91stth minute of the game Gonçalo Maciel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.E YAGOSHOW's José Paulo Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gonçalo Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in S.E YAGOSHOW's zone, Joaquín Ibañez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Paulo Cunha came out of the goal and Joaquín Ibañez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 97 minutes of play, Internazionale's Osvaldo Ferreira made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Paulo Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Internazionale had played much better football throughout.
