That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, CORITIBA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Montenegro came free, but Bruno Botelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Bin Kabini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C Real Madri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CORITIBA FC the free kick. Bin Kabini kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, CORITIBA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Soares to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Trancoso got free with Aníbal Valladares in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th match minute, F.C Real Madri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bin Kabini to maneuver through the defense. After 27 played minutes, CORITIBA FC's Perivaldo Ferreira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aníbal Valladares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CORITIBA FC reached it. Patrick Botelho took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aníbal Valladares. Aníbal Valladares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Nicolas Nascimento charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Aníbal Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aníbal Valladares was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Angelo Sabóia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Angelo Sabóia really showed his touch with that goal: 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dadá Montenegro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match, Dadá Montenegro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruno Botelho saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Sabóia in the 55th minute of play forced F.C Real Madri's goalkeeper Aníbal Valladares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
