Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Osmar Silveira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Veiga having to interfere. Maurício Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedê Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Maurício Veiga came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Osmar Silveira. But to his dismay, Osmar Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Osmar Silveira struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Maurício Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF. Maurício Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Silveira in the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, São Bento's Bruno Botelho got a free kick in the 21st minute. Maurício Veiga came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga. But to his dismay, Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ivo Trancoso hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the game, IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Osmar Silveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurício Veiga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 32nd minute Osmar Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to São Bento getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Afonso Recife hit a great ball. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind São Bento's goalkeeper Maurício Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 35th match minute, São Bento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Botelho to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Martins charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Martins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Martins. After 44 minutes of play, IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Osmar Silveira made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurício Veiga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Furlan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, one of IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF. Murillo Ferreira walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humberto Fernandes to make the kick off. Lauro de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Maurício Veiga came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga. But to his dismay, Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After 68 played minutes IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Carneiro. In the 69th minute, Anísio Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lauro de Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Vicente do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind São Bento's goalkeeper Maurício Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Dedê Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dedê Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, São Bento's Maurício Veiga got control of the ball when Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Dedê Garcia took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Maurício Veiga to make any attempt to save it. A hard, long distance shot from Luiz Eduardo Alvarenga flew over the goal. 87 minutes into the game, IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Dedê Garcia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurício Veiga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. Dedê Garcia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maurício Veiga came out and tried to block the shot, but Dedê Garcia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-9 in the 94th minute. After a rather tough play, São Bento's Edmílson Bastos got a free kick in the 97th minute. IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF played a much better game than São Bento and deserved their victory. The São Bento players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
