Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elano Trigo took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Placa's Murillo Rezende nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kleanthis Variamidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Dadá Paraense hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play, Sirinhaem's Elano Trigo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedrinho Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cauan Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Kleanthis Variamidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Paraense in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Basílio Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Placa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sirinhaem the free kick. In the 24th minute, Basílio Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Elano Trigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Luís Fernando Arantes notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sirinhaem's Kleanthis Variamidis. Kleanthis Variamidis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedrinho Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renatinho Salgado in the 35th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Sirinhaem got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Nogueira. Sirinhaem's Kleanthis Variamidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Sirinhaem from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the match, Jaime Trigo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Placa's Pedrinho Pinho. Pedrinho Pinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dadá Paraense was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Alexandre Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando Arantes in the 53rd minute of play forced Sirinhaem's goalkeeper Kleanthis Variamidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes Sirinhaem got a freekick which was hit by Dário Sergipano. Kleanthis Variamidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Paraense in the 56th minute of play. Cesinha Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 played minutes Placa got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Severo. Renatinho Salgado struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Pedrinho Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sirinhaem. Sirinhaem's Kleanthis Variamidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fernando Arantes in the 64th minute of play. Pedrinho Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesinha Gonçalves in the 68th minute of play. Kleanthis Variamidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fernando Arantes in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Paraense in the 75th minute of play forced Sirinhaem's goalkeeper Kleanthis Variamidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Sirinhaem's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fernando Arantes came free, but Kleanthis Variamidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elano Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Pedrinho Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kleanthis Variamidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murillo Rezende, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Luís Fernando Arantes scored 3-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kleanthis Variamidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Elano Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Sirinhaem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elano Trigo couldn't finish the play. Cesinha Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Pedrinho Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
