Sérgio Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Ortiz in the 2nd minute of the match. Torreão OFF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kaur Laving in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Ortiz in the 5th minute of play forced invictus's goalkeeper Sérgio Cearense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. invictus's Sérgio Cearense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Lira in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the invictus defense, Jânio Lira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sérgio Cearense. The invictus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sérgio Cearense should have stopped the shot. Sérgio Cearense came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Torreão OFF's Eduardo Prado. But to his dismay, Eduardo Prado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Sérgio Cearense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Sérgio Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Ortiz in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Torreão OFF got a corner. invictus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kaur Laving ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kaur Laving made a great header on Torreão OFF's corner, it was just that invictus's Sérgio Cearense managed to reach the ball for a save. Sérgio Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Ortiz in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes of play, Torreão OFF's Ezequiel Ortiz made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sérgio Cearense was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sérgio Cearense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ezequiel Ortiz went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Sérgio Cearense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Jânio Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jânio Lira in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Ortiz in the 44th minute of play forced invictus's goalkeeper Sérgio Cearense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jânio Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Sérgio Cearense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

After 55 minutes, Aníbal Velasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the invictus and the Torreão OFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aníbal Velasco hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Sérgio Cearense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jânio Lira, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Ezequiel Ortiz took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sérgio Cearense. Sérgio Cearense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. invictus's Sérgio Cearense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Lira in the 60th minute of play. Sérgio Cearense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jânio Lira in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute Jânio Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jânio Lira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio Cearense was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 70thth minute of the game Jânio Lira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but invictus's Sérgio Cearense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sérgio Cearense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jânio Lira's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. When Ezequiel Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Torreão OFF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Ortiz couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, invictus's Aníbal Velasco got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, invictus's goal looked a bit too open when Jânio Lira came free, but Sérgio Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Teodoro Dubardo came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Torreão OFF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Dubardo couldn't finish the play. Torreão OFF's Jânio Lira got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Ezequiel Ortiz took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Sérgio Cearense to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, invictus's Raí de Moraes got a free kick in the 88th minute. The Torreão OFF fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Torreão OFF's Jânio Lira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-10 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aníbal Velasco was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 93rd minute, Aníbal Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
