Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Duarte Pinho got the match started through his kick off. José Maria Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Pinho in the 3rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Colheres's Eliézer Mangueira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of José Maria Breckenfeld. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. After 8 minutes, Aloísio Lira made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Colheres's Carlos Fernando Zonta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlos Fernando Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano Fontes in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Pinho in the 17th minute of play forced Frecheira EC's goalkeeper José Maria Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frecheira EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Vladimir Félix scored to the left of an out of position José Maria Breckenfeld, making the score, 2-1. After 22 minutes, Aloísio Lira made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Colheres's Carlos Fernando Zonta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Colheres's José Maria Breckenfeld threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Duarte Pinho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. José Maria Breckenfeld made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Eliézer Mangueira sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Fernando Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Lira in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes, Vladimir Félix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colheres and the Frecheira EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 36 minutes into the match, Frecheira EC's Elano Fontes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Fernando Zonta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. José Maria Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duarte Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Frecheira EC's goalkeeper José Maria Breckenfeld had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edinho de Lara. José Maria Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho de Lara in the 44th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliézer Mangueira got free with José Maria Breckenfeld in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Eliézer Mangueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Breckenfeld. Frecheira EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliézer Mangueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.
José Maria Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir Félix in the 52nd minute of the match. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Frecheira EC! José Maria Breckenfeld came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Colheres's Eliézer Mangueira. But to his dismay, Eliézer Mangueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 68 minutes into the game, Duarte Pinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. José Maria Breckenfeld was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. José Maria Breckenfeld came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Colheres's Duarte Pinho. But to his dismay, Duarte Pinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Eusébio Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Carlos Fernando Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Eliézer Mangueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colheres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-2. 92 minutes into the game, Eliézer Mangueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-2. José Maria Breckenfeld was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frecheira EC's José Maria Breckenfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Pinho in the 99th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Frecheira EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Colheres.
