Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeff Beck to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Gilberto Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erik Ramalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Pindobassu EC were the better team. Pindobassu EC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
