Damián Seisdedos might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geovânio Veloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damián Seisdedos ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Coelho in the 30th minute of play forced MARIMBONDO F.C's goalkeeper Arí Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ELO CRF's Noel de Lima got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Luan Dove got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to ELO CRF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Inácio Queirós hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Luan Dove's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geovânio Veloso was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. MARIMBONDO F.C's Luan Dove was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 44th match minute, ELO CRF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel de Lima to maneuver through the defense. Damián Seisdedos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Veloso having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luan Dove was the one to do the kick off. Geovânio Veloso came out of the goal and Kauã Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geovânio Veloso came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by MARIMBONDO F.C's Damián Seisdedos. But to his dismay, Damián Seisdedos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Wágner Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, ELO CRF's goal looked a bit too open when Luan Dove came free, but Geovânio Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ELO CRF's Geovânio Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luan Dove in the 86th minute of play. Geovânio Veloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luan Dove went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. When Chicão Cabezon came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the MARIMBONDO F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chicão Cabezon couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ELO CRF's goalkeeper Geovânio Veloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Luan Dove made a precise shot to the right of Geovânio Veloso. ELO CRF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. MARIMBONDO F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
