Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when André Messias made the kick off which started today's match. Flávio Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Sport Guild Atlantis. Dinei Chaves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lucas Pitta. 0-1. Lucas Pitta came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Guild Atlantis's André Messias. But to his dismay, André Messias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Mats Byström's late challenge caught a Corinthians's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mats Byström helped the player get up and apologised. Válter Peixoto made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Válter Lago sent off a good shot on target. After 20 minutes of play, Sport Guild Atlantis's Mourad Amirouche made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Pitta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucas Pitta came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Guild Atlantis's André Messias. But to his dismay, André Messias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. If Válter Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Messias took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Pitta. Lucas Pitta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. If Flávio Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the game, Wágner Arce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corinthians's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Guild Atlantis the free kick. André Messias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Pitta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Mourad Amirouche struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Lucas Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Guild Atlantis. 40 minutes into the game, André Messias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Lucas Pitta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flávio Fonseca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucas Pitta didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-9. In the 56th minute, Savas Zavadskiy fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Lucas Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Messias in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Corinthians booed when Sport Guild Atlantis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mats Byström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, André Messias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucas Pitta, 0-10. Lucas Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Messias in the 67th minute of play. Eliodor Vasiloiu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Corinthians's Luís Fernando Cardoso got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Corinthians's zone, Dinei Chaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Pitta came out of the goal and Dinei Chaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Corinthians's Luís Fernando Cardoso got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Sport Guild Atlantis's Mourad Amirouche ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucas Pitta. Lucas Pitta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-11. Mourad Amirouche scored 1-12 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Pitta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute Válter Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sport Guild Atlantis's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wilton Medeiros was slow to take the kick. During this time Corinthians's players had a chance to rest. When the match was over Sport Guild Atlantis could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Corinthians throughout the match.
