After 15 minutes, Mikael Lingren made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. CENZI's Teodoro Cardozo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinho Viana in the 21st minute of play forced Mogi FC - DMZ-'s goalkeeper Paulo José Matorin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Mikael Lingren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mogi FC - DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 30th minute, Tadeu Sabóia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo José Matorin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 33 played minutes CENZI got a freekick which was hit by Dário Peixoto. Teodoro Cardozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Geromel in the 35th minute of play. Teodoro Cardozo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mogi FC - DMZ-'s Mikael Lingren shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Ramiro Camargo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo José Matorin having to make a save. With a little luck, CENZI's Teodoro Cardozo got control of the ball when Diego Pombal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mikael Lingren ran back to his position shaking his head. 48 minutes into the match, Mikael Lingren dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teodoro Cardozo, 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edinho Viana was the one to do the kick off. Mikael Lingren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeu Custódio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Teodoro Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57thth minute of the game Mikael Lingren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CENZI's Teodoro Cardozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Lingren in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Cardozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Lingren in the 81st minute of play forced CENZI's goalkeeper Teodoro Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Cardozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Lingren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Lingren in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Cardozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86thth minute of the game Mikael Lingren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CENZI's Teodoro Cardozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. CENZI's Teodoro Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Lingren in the 88th minute of play. When Tadeu Sabóia fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CENZI's protests and gave Tadeu Sabóia a yellow card for diving instead. Mogi FC - DMZ-'s Fred Fernandez was substituted for Pedro Geromel. After 92 minutes, Tadeu Oliveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mogi FC - DMZ- and the CENZI players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mogi FC - DMZ-'s Tadeu Oliveira got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Túlio Dias's late challenge caught a Mogi FC - DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Túlio Dias helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd minute, Túlio Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikael Lingren in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Cardozo saved CENZI from getting behind. Teodoro Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeu Custódio in the 96th minute of the match. Mogi FC - DMZ-'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
