After 10 played minutes Thor F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Maicon Baiano. 15 minutes into the game, Basílio Lira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcelinho Paulista. Basílio Lira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 18th minute, Sandrinho Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Juvenil Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Linhares came free, but Matheus Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Thor F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Queiroz came free, but Marcelinho Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Diogo Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thor F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Diogo Linhares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheus Guimarães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 27 played minutes Juvenil Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Sandrinho Quintal. Marcelinho Paulista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oséas Mandrak in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Juvenil Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Linhares came free, but Matheus Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basílio Lira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Marcelinho Paulista made a huge save. Marcelinho Paulista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilmar Trancoso in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Tiago Custódio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Thor F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juvenil Sport Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Thor F.C.'s Tiago Custódio got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Marcelinho Paulista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oséas Mandrak in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Diogo Linhares made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Basílio Lira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelinho Paulista. Thor F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basílio Lira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Basílio Lira took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelinho Paulista. Marcelinho Paulista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 72nd minute, Oséas Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Thor F.C.'s Percival Silveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matheus Guimarães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcelinho Paulista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basílio Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juvenil Sport Club's Matheus Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Linhares in the 89th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Thor F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Lira came free, but Marcelinho Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thor F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
