SPORT PRIMUS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC ITAJAI the free kick. A collision led to SPORT PRIMUS FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Leonard Majewski hit a great ball. Sydney da Mata in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paredes Muro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to SC ITAJAI getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Damazy Kostrzewski hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, SPORT PRIMUS FC's Michel Ferraz got a free kick in the 14th minute. André Luís Souto charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Leonard Majewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. SPORT PRIMUS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Majewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwidon Awizo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilya Duryagin in the 25th minute of play forced SC ITAJAI's goalkeeper Gwidon Awizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Telmo Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paredes Muro having to interfere. The supporters of SC ITAJAI booed when SPORT PRIMUS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Denílson Paraibano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SPORT PRIMUS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denílson Paraibano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SPORT PRIMUS FC's Denílson Paraibano got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Denílson Paraibano fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SPORT PRIMUS FC's protests and gave Denílson Paraibano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, SPORT PRIMUS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denílson Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Kostrzewski in the 72nd minute of play forced SPORT PRIMUS FC's goalkeeper Paredes Muro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, SC ITAJAI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damazy Kostrzewski to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Telmo Melo made a precise shot to the right of Paredes Muro. SPORT PRIMUS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 91st minute, Damazy Kostrzewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the game, Ovidio Cesaro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gwidon Awizo. Ovidio Cesaro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. SPORT PRIMUS FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
