After 33 played minutes Agostinho Trevisan rounded Gruna's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Golden State Warriors's Lebang Nhlapo got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabiano Pereira might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ian Paranaense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabiano Pereira ran back to his position shaking his head. After 45 minutes, André Luís Botelho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden State Warriors and the Gruna players grew even worse after the yellow card.
