Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Hermes started the match with the kick off. Iuri Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute of the match, Arlindo Falcão got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jânio Tróia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Iuri Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Laércio Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes of play, GAVIÕES F.C's David Hermes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iuri Ramos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Omori F.C.'s Víktor Macedo pulled a muscle in his back after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Orlando de Almeida's late challenge caught a Omori F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando de Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. Omori F.C. made a substitution. Daniel Mattos replaced Víktor Macedo. After a rather tough play, GAVIÕES F.C's Orlando de Almeida got a free kick in the 26th minute. Omori F.C.'s Iuri Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Queiroz in the 29th minute of play. Arlindo Falcão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio Tróia having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Arlindo Falcão recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jânio Tróia. Arlindo Falcão showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. GAVIÕES F.C's Jânio Tróia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save GAVIÕES F.C from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arlindo Falcão stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlindo Falcão in the 52nd minute of play forced GAVIÕES F.C's goalkeeper Jânio Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, David Hermes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 57 played minutes GAVIÕES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Frederico de Andrade. In the 65th minute, David Hermes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GAVIÕES F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Ivo Furlan kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute David Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Dida Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Omori F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dida Bastos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GAVIÕES F.C played a much better game than Omori F.C. and deserved their victory. The Omori F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
