When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Telmo Donatello sped through Grêmio Osasco Audax's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kiko Travassos. After having played for 22 minutes, Musa Yabgu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sexta Rua FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Musa Yabgu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Musa Yabgu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sexta Rua FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Musa Yabgu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kiko Travassos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sexta Rua FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Washington Arantes hit a great ball. Jardel Veiga did an outstanding performance 53 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Piboon Kotruchin in the goal. Sexta Rua FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Grêmio Osasco Audax's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Telmo Donatello took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Bruninho Gomes drilling the ball in to score 1-3 behind Grêmio Osasco Audax's goalkeeper. Telmo Donatello struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Kiko Travassos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sexta Rua FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Musa Yabgu got free with Kiko Travassos in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kiko Travassos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Musa Yabgu in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Alfredão Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kiko Travassos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Musa Yabgu went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Musa Yabgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Kiko Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kiko Travassos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo Donatello in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Grêmio Osasco Audax's zone, Musa Yabgu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kiko Travassos came out of the goal and Musa Yabgu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Telmo Donatello fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The Grêmio Osasco Audax fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sexta Rua FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
