The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Faruk Talaykut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Hubert Lägdin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fábio Paes was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Koller in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faruk Talaykut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Radicals Girls's Faruk Talaykut got control of the ball when Jan Koller tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Caco Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jan Koller made the kick off in the second half. Caco Andrade succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Radicals Girls's Faruk Talaykut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Andrade in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Radicals Girls getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Caio Fernandez hit a great ball. Luiz Fábio Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Lägdin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Radicals Girls booed when Pantanal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caco Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th match minute, Pantanal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Ponta to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Hubert Lägdin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fábio Paes was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Koller in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faruk Talaykut saved Radicals Girls from getting behind. With a little luck, Pantanal's Luiz Fábio Paes got control of the ball when Hubert Lägdin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Radicals Girls's Caio Fernandez got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Radicals Girls's zone, Jan Koller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faruk Talaykut came out of the goal and Jan Koller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Pantanal getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Cássio Vidal hit a great ball. Hubert Lägdin in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luiz Fábio Paes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Luiz Fábio Paes managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Radicals Girls's Hubert Lägdin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 98th minute Hubert Lägdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Pantanal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
