In the 7th match minute, Lucca F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauro Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. Eurico Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Dário Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adelino Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krasimir Tanov having to interfere. With a little luck, Lords of Petrópolis's Krasimir Tanov got control of the ball when Rudy Letsch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lords of Petrópolis's Krasimir Tanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Lords of Petrópolis from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Lords of Petrópolis's goalkeeper Krasimir Tanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Cearense. Rudy Letsch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Krasimir Tanov made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Evandro Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lords of Petrópolis's Krasimir Tanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Domingues in the 33rd minute of play. Krasimir Tanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Domingues in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudy Letsch in the 37th minute of play forced Lords of Petrópolis's goalkeeper Krasimir Tanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudy Letsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Claudio Mattin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lords of Petrópolis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lucca F.C the free kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adelino Domingues to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Lords of Petrópolis's Wilian Novaes got a free kick in the 58th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Lords of Petrópolis's goal looked a bit too open when Zula Kaider came free, but Krasimir Tanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Lords of Petrópolis's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Domingues came free, but Krasimir Tanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jano Souza lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 86th minute, one of Lords of Petrópolis:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lords of Petrópolis. Adelino Domingues took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Krasimir Tanov. Krasimir Tanov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Krasimir Tanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lords of Petrópolis's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
