Paraná Clube PG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Acreano the free kick. After 31 played minutes Paraná Clube PG got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Jesus. Dragoş Ecobescu in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oswaldo Velloso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauã Tande in the 38th minute of play forced Paraná Clube PG's goalkeeper Oswaldo Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Paraná Clube PG's Durvalino Paranaense got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Atlético Acreano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paraná Clube PG were winning 2-3.

The wind increased when Dragoş Ecobescu made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Roberto Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético Acreano's Valdomiro Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Eger in the 54th minute of play. In the 62ndth minute of the game Dragoş Ecobescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraná Clube PG's Oswaldo Velloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paraná Clube PG's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Márcio Moraes was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Acreano's players had a chance to rest. Atlético Acreano's Márcio Moraes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oswaldo Velloso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Valdomiro Esteves was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Roberto Eger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roberto Eger really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Ernani Rosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Valdomiro Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oswaldo Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Ecobescu in the 70th minute of play. Roberto Eger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Valdomiro Esteves made a huge save. 74 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube PG's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Tande came free, but Oswaldo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdomiro Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernani Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Barnaba Marud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paraná Clube PG made a substitution. Mauro Valadares replaced Durvalino Paranaense. Ernani Rosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdomiro Esteves having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Atlético Acreano's Miguel Schmidt got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 94th minute, Dragoş Ecobescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Paraná Clube PG had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
