Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nestor Fontenelle started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nestor Fontenelle received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Augusto Pinho came out and tried to block the shot, but Nestor Fontenelle slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Manituba's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Fontenelle came free, but Pedro Augusto Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Augusto Pinho was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benedito Sergipano. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nestor Fontenelle in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Augusto Pinho saved Manituba from getting behind. In the 24th match minute, Manituba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alois Cambuquira to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Augusto Pinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nestor Fontenelle in the 25th minute. After 26 minutes of play, Manituba's Caco Batista made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konrad Gardocki was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Frederico Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Nestor Fontenelle made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Augusto Pinho. Manituba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Maicon de Moraes hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nestor Fontenelle in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Augusto Pinho saved Manituba from getting behind. With his leg Pedro Augusto Pinho managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Progresso FC's Nestor Fontenelle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pedro Augusto Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Fontenelle in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Benedito Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristóvão Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Progresso FC's Yu Chao Gang got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Fontenelle in the 53rd minute of play forced Manituba's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Manituba got a freekick which was hit by Nicoló Galvan. Pedro Augusto Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yu Chao Gang in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Andrade in the 57th minute of play forced Progresso FC's goalkeeper Konrad Gardocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Progresso FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Caco Batista was slow to take the kick. During this time Manituba's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Manituba's corner Ezequiel Andrade fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Konrad Gardocki quite easily take care of the ball. In the last second Konrad Gardocki throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ezequiel Andrade in the 59thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Progresso FC's Konrad Gardocki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Batista in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nestor Fontenelle in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Augusto Pinho saved Manituba from getting behind. 66 minutes into the game, Progresso FC's Nestor Fontenelle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Augusto Pinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Nestor Fontenelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78thth minute of the game Nestor Fontenelle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manituba's Pedro Augusto Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nestor Fontenelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Pinho having to interfere. Pedro Augusto Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Fontenelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Progresso FC's Nestor Fontenelle in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manituba's goalie prevented a goal. Juninho Albuquerque struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Konrad Gardocki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manituba. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Kosin Setiamiharja took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Konrad Gardocki to make any attempt to save it. In the 94th minute, Nestor Fontenelle made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Augusto Pinho. Manituba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Progresso FC had won after a very even match.
