The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 狄雄鸿 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvis Manu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jørn Brandvold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian da Fonseca in the 4th minute of the match. Quitauna F.C's Jørn Brandvold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian da Fonseca in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Christian da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jørn Brandvold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Quitauna F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Christian da Fonseca came free, but Jørn Brandvold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes of play, Capivara's Leandro Cosme made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jørn Brandvold was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jørn Brandvold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jørn Brandvold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Cosme in the 20th minute of play. After some careless play in the Quitauna F.C defense, Christian da Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jørn Brandvold. The Quitauna F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jørn Brandvold should have stopped the shot. Quitauna F.C's Jørn Brandvold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Cosme in the 27th minute of play. In the 27th minute Leandro Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jørn Brandvold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Quitauna F.C getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Diogo Barros hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute Quitauna F.C were awarded a corner. Freddie Mercury went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Quitauna F.C's Freddie Mercury to fire away a dangerous shot which 狄雄鸿 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Christian da Fonseca notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Quitauna F.C's Jørn Brandvold. Jørn Brandvold was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the match, Capivara's goalkeeper 狄雄鸿 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elvis Manu. 42 minutes into the game, Freddie Mercury was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quitauna F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capivara the free kick. After 42 played minutes Quitauna F.C got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Mercury. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Quitauna F.C's goalkeeper Jørn Brandvold, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Capivara were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Zafer Yalçıner made the kick off in the second half. Quitauna F.C's Jørn Brandvold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zafer Yalçıner in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Capivara's Christian da Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jørn Brandvold made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Quitauna F.C's Cacá Baptista was substituted for Claudio-Di-Domenico von der Schulenburg. 狄雄鸿 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enio Aguero in the 69th minute of the match. Jørn Brandvold was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Leandro Cosme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leandro Cosme really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. With his leg Jørn Brandvold managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Capivara's Zafer Yalçıner fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jørn Brandvold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Cosme in the 75th minute of play. Dieguinho Pinho hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Jørn Brandvold made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Zafer Yalçıner sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian da Fonseca in the 81st minute of play forced Quitauna F.C's goalkeeper Jørn Brandvold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeu Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Enio Aguero came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Quitauna F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enio Aguero couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Christian da Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Jørn Brandvold. Quitauna F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. After 87 played minutes Leandro Cosme rounded Quitauna F.C's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. After a rather tough play, Capivara's Ramone Cabrini got a free kick in the 90th minute. Enio Aguero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 狄雄鸿 having to interfere.
