Augusto Stephen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Patrik Sikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shen Yi Yuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enéas de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Augusto Stephen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Seterma Tractors's Patrik Sikström. Patrik Sikström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Goblins F.C.'s Edgar Lind got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Augusto Stephen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goblins F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Stephen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Edvard Carlsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Patrik Sikström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Seterma Tractors's Patrik Sikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Stephen in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Pitta in the 40th minute of play forced Seterma Tractors's goalkeeper Patrik Sikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-3 became the score in the 44th minute when Augusto Stephen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Stephen made a kick off. The supporters of Seterma Tractors booed when Goblins F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvard Carlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gil Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shen Yi Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Santana in the 56th minute of the match. Edvard Carlsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Patrik Sikström made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Edvard Carlsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrik Sikström was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Goblins F.C.'s Ferenc Ferencz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Patrik Sikström but with some difficulty. Augusto Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Seterma Tractors's Beto Marquez was substituted for Dorian Cardoso. In the 75th minute, Augusto Stephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Edvard Carlsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrik Sikström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Patrik Sikström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edvard Carlsson's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 82nd match minute, Goblins F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Pitta to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd match minute, Seterma Tractors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilton de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Edvard Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Sikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes Goblins F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Lind. The Seterma Tractors manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Goblins F.C. to win.
